• Have a documented Security Policy that is focused on ensuring that any personal data we collect and process on our systems is adequately protected.
• Incorporate the EU’s Standard Contractual Clauses in our Data Processing Addendum which is a part of our Standard Terms of Use (our contract with you) and applies to customer data protected by EU laws.
• Published Privacy Policy that explains Vocareum’s commitment to the GDPR.

What is the GDPR?

GDPR, the General Data Protection Regulation, is a European Union (EU) privacy law that is affecting organizations all around the world. If an organization targets or collects data related to people in the EU or offer goods and services to people in the EU, they are required to follow this law or be faced with harsh fines (Fines for violating the GDPR are incredibly high).
